The Children’s Place “Monster Sale” is a
bi-annual clearance event, featuring the mascot “Chomp.” This character has lived through many iterations through the years, but lacked a unique identity that aligned to the brand. I initiated and led the creative development of a new identity for this program. The new “Chomp” character has lots of personality–he is friendly and fun with a modern, on-trend style that’s perfect for a beloved children’s fashion brand. The new design is clean and crisp, and works well with the bold, high-impact feel of a clearance event.
